On 18th March 2010 a nature science competition was held. It was dedicated to the Earth’s Day. Teams from 10A, 10B and 10V took part in the competition, having performed very well. The team of 10V became the winner. |

On 20th November 2009, eleven students of P. Semov PHST – Gabrovo, under the guidance of P.Peneva, economics teacher, took part in the National stage of "Skills@Work" competition. Being a co-project of the British Council and Junior Achievement Bulgaria, the competition is carried out with the official partnership of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science, and the support of Microsoft Bulgaria |

The Project aims at developing useful skills, which should help young people performing successfully on the labour market after graduating school.

Penka Peneva became the only educator in entrepreneurship for the region of Gabrovo. She is one of the few teachers in Bulgaria who, thanks to The Rotary Foundation Matching Grants Project “Young Entrepreneur”, have received proper training. Specialists in educational methods implemented qualification seminars in 41 pilot schools in all the country. The project has the objective to support the education development in entrepreneurship and to cooperate in broadening the set of Bulgarian school training firms. |
