ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS  2008-2009

Students are admitted after finished 7th grade /day course/ according to the entrance exams marks in Bulgarian Language and Literature and Mathematics.

 

 

 

Specialty  CATERING

Course Duration – 6 years, including an intensive course in English Language.

Calculating the total exam score: the sum of the marks in Bulgarian Language and Literature and three times the mark in Mathematics from entrance exams as well as the marks in Mathematics and Bulgarian Language and Literature from the 7th grade certificate.

Qualification – third professional qualification degree - restaurant worker.

Educational degree – secondary.

CURRICULUM

 

Terms:

         Professional High School of Tourism  admitted students enrolled:

        - after the first stage of classification – 14-16.07.2008

        - after the second stage of classification – 21-22.07.2008

        - after the third stage of classification– 31.07 and 31.07.2008

 

        Filling the vacant position after the third stage of classification - 01.08.2008

 

 Classification of candidates with equal entrance examination marks within the framework of state admission requirements 2008-2009:

  1. The sum of entrance exam marks.

  2. The sum of the marks in subjects forming the total exam score (Bulgarian Language and Literature, Mathematics).

  3. The average of the marks in Bulgarian Language and Literature, first foreign language, Mathematics, History, Geography, Biology, Physics and Chemistry from the 7th grade certification.

  4. If there are still students with equal total exam score, they are admitted according  the state admission plan.

 

The requirements were approved by the Pedagogical Council on 11th January 2008

 

 

Requirements:

    1.    Candidates should complete their 7th grade in the year of application.

    2.    Candidates should not be over 16 years old by the end of  the year of application.

    3.    Candidates should have successfully passed the concourse exams.

    4.    There should be no health risks for the candidates in the courses they apply for.

    3.    A copy of the memorandum with the entrance exams/tests marks

    4.    A copy of a medical certification
